About the class
In this class you will learn basic & intermediate L-basing poses and progressing to flows. We will work in small groups. Focus will be on learning proper technique, communication between flyer and base, spotting for safety of everyone.
Come solo, with a partner or with your kids.
Bring water, comfortable clothes and face mask. Yoga mats provided.

About teachers
Jo Bot is a Canadian acro-yogini currently based in Playa del Carmen. She has an extensive background as a certified yoga and acro-yoga teacher. Jo combines a comprehensive knowledge in alignment, communication, and inspiration to teach a deep understanding of shared balance, technique and flow in acro-yoga.
Ilona is a freelance Prague acroyoga artist organising workshops and jams in Czech Republic and abroad, currently she is based in Playa del Carmen. Ilona specializes in any kind of acro flying - L-basing, standing acro, circus and acro dance.
